Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Return Policy

At Spes, we are committed to providing you with products of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with the guidelines below.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  2. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  4. Discounted or sale items are excluded from returns unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at spesclo1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You must cover the cost of the return label unless the item is defective.
  3. Securely package the items and return them using the provided return label.
  4. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

The costs for returning the items must be covered by you!

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SPES, spesclo1@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

  1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
  2. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
  3. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
